How do you keep in touch with your friends and family? Do you systematically email them, shoot your friends a text here and there to say what’s up? Do you send holiday or birthday cards, post on their Facebook wall?
Marketing your business is no different than keeping in touch with your friends, family and professional networks. I find marketers feel overwhelmed at the idea of email marketing mixed with social media, and maintaining a website or blog. The good news is, marketers have automation tools like Pardot, Mailchimp, WordPress, and others that allow them to streamline their communication and keep in touch with their most important people – their customers.
