Stapleton, located in Denver, Colo., is one of the highest selling mixed-use communities in the country and was also the chosen site for the 2011 HGTV Green Home. Developed by Forest City Enterprises, a NYSE-listed national real estate company.
The Assignment: Serve as a web producer and project manager, led internal marketing team and external advertising agencies to develop design, user experience, content, social media strategy and CRM integration. The Stapleton website project also included a robust social media program, lead nurturing strategy, and a very strong focus on analytics and SEO. The efforts saw a dramatic increase in lead opt-ins, traffic and goal conversions.
